Shipping

Runyn.com provides free shipping to avoid trouble of counting shipping cost. We try to ship your item(s) within two business days, but they will be shipped sooner if possible! Most items have a 2-4 business days lead time before they ship out, but occasionally an item may take longer. If getting an item quickly is important, please contact us so we can make sure the item is ready to go.

If buyers want to use their own forwarders or express account for freight collecting, we will deduct the shipping cost from the price.

Returns

All sales are final unless the items sold are found to be incorrectly described or defective. Exchange is available if it is our mistake, or you can ask for refund directly. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer, but the shipping cost of exchanged item would be on seller. Item must be returned within 7 days. Item must be unused with all original packaging. Please contact us before you return the item(s).
